Yes, each and every single one of our watches that we sell is 100% authentic. All of our watches undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection to ensure authenticity and all functions are working properly.

New/Unworn – The watch has never been worn and shows no signs of wear.

Mint – The watch has been worn sparingly and shows only very minimal signs of wear.

Excellent – The watch has been worn semi-regularly and has faint/normal signs of wear.

Very Good – The watch has been worn regularly and shows extensive signs of daily use.

The photos are the best representation of the condition.

Yes, we do accept trades! However, this is dependent on both the watch you are looking to trade for and the watch that you want to trade in. We typically can offer the strongest trade-in value for modern Rolex, Breitling, Omega, and Tudor.
Absolutely! In fact, a sizable portion of our sales are helping our clients find the exact watch they are looking for. If you are interested in a watch that we do not have for sale or have previously sold, send us a message/email and we would be happy to help you find the exact timepiece that you are searching for.
If an item is listed as ‘Available on Request’, it typically signifies a watch that we have previously sold or have ready access to. We like to keep these listings visible to give a more comprehensive view of watches that we buy/sell and what type of watches that we can source for you. If you are looking to buy a watch that is ‘Available on Request’, simply click ‘I am looking for this watch’ in the product listing and enter your email address. We operate out of a private office in Cincinnati, Ohio and do not have a physical storefront. This allows us to keep our overhead low and deliver unparalleled prices to our valued clients. We do not offer showings of any kind. For clients local to the Cincinnati area, we will allow you to schedule an appointment to pick up your purchase only after full payment has been made & received in advance of your arrival.

We will honor returns for a full refund (less the cost of return shipping) within 48 hours of receiving the product only if the product is not as described. What constitutes as being ill-described is up to our discretion and is determined on a case-by-case basis. For a return to be honored, the watch must be in the exact same condition prior to us shipping it to you, with all of the original box/papers/accessories and stickers still intact (if applicable). Any deposits made towards a watch are considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No returns will be accepted because of buyers remorse.

In the unlikely event that a return package become missing in transit, an insurance claim will be processed and a refund will only be given upon the successful investigation of the claim. We are not responsible for any merchandise shipped via the buyers shipping label/services.

We originally started operating as Leo Timepieces from January of 2018 until July of 2022, when we decided to change the name of the company. Nothing has fundamentally changed with ownership or any other aspect of the business, we are still the same trusted watch dealer that was described in all of those past reviews.

Shipping

All watches shipped in the USA will ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. International shipments will ship via FedEx International Priority (2 – 7 business days). All shipments will be fully insured and require a signature at delivery.

The watch will usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. In rare instances, the watch may need to be procured from one of our suppliers to fulfill the order. If this is the case, we will let you know in advance and provide an estimated timeline for delivery.

All payments made via credit card or PayPal will be designated to be held for pickup at your nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

We offer the option to have the package held for pickup at your nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship Center if you will not be home to sign for the package. This does not cost extra and is strongly recommended.

Before shipping any order, we will always ask if you would prefer this. If so, we will designate it to be held for pickup at the nearest location to your shipping address and correspond with the exact address of the location, along with the tracking number.

All payments made via PayPal will be designated to be held for pickup at your nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

Yes, all international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. The shipment value will be declared at the price that you paid. If you are unsure how much this will cost, we recommend contacting your local customs agency.

Payment

For orders made directly through us, we only charge sales tax for Ohio residents. For watches purchased through our Chrono24 store, state sales tax will be applied by default, regardless of what state you live in (if your state has sales tax).

We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of payment methods so that you can checkout with whatever method is most convenient for you.

For USA buyers we currently accept:

  • All major credit card providers
  • Bank Wire
  • Zelle
  • Cryptocurrency

For International buyers we only accept bank wire and cryptocurrency directly. If you are an international buyer and would like to use a credit card, you may do so on our Chrono24 store HERE.

Payments made via bank wire and Zelle are eligible for a 3% discount due to the lower processing fees. Keep in mind that most daily limits for Zelle are approximately $2,500. If you are interested in a watch that is priced higher than this, then we would recommend paying via bank wire if you would like to receive the 3% discount.
